SUBJECT: CEASE AND DESIST ILLEGAL ACTIVITY

Dear Brightpath Media Group,

This law firm / company represents Northwind Labs, Inc.. It has come to our attention that you have been engaging in the following illegal and/or unauthorized activities:

Unauthorised reproduction of our copyrighted product photography and marketing copy on brightpathmedia.com/solutions, published without licence or attribution.

This letter serves as formal notice to you to immediately cease and desist all such activities. Your actions are unlawful, cause irreparable harm to Northwind Labs, Inc., and expose you to significant legal liability.

We hereby demand that you, and anyone acting on your behalf, immediately and permanently cease and desist from the aforementioned activities within 10 days of the date of this letter.

If you fail to comply with this demand by the deadline, Northwind Labs, Inc. will have no choice but to pursue all available legal remedies against you, including seeking monetary damages, injunctive relief, and an order that you pay court costs and attorney's fees.

Please confirm in writing by the deadline that you have ceased the activities described above. This letter does not constitute a complete or exhaustive statement of all of Northwind Labs, Inc.'s rights, claims, or remedies, all of which are expressly reserved.
